Today's Wishes

Tulip, taken in March 2009

To my mind there must be, at the bottom of it all, not an equation, but an utterly simple idea. And to me that idea, when we finally discover it, will be so compelling, so inevitable, that we will say to one another, "Oh, how beautiful. How could it have been otherwise?"
- John Archibald Wheeler

Today I send you wishes to…

be in the dance of life and revel in it.

open to the possibilities that are around you each moment.

bloom into the radiant bigness that you are.

trust that everything is unfolding as it should.

know that you are loved, special and your gifts are so needed by this planet.

Have a great Thursday everyone!

Tell me, what wishes do you want to send out to the world today?

Find joy in the little things. I have a niece with asbergers disease. At Christmas she exhibited the same amount of joy over a book as she did over her Playstation 3. It was GENUINE joy too.
My wife and I decided we needed to jump for joy (at least on the inside) for ALL things in life. (e.g. YAY, I have to go to work today! I have a job when so many suffer from unemployment, Yay for that! I have to iron clothes for work; Yay, I have clothes, more than I need or know what to do with!) Well you get the picture. We now look at life as WWLD...What Would Lucy Do?

Simple joy, a victim of the thing we call maturation. Live it, love it.

Jim,
I love, love, love what you wrote !! Such a beautiful orientation to celebrating life…
Thank you for sharing it with me.

I'm going to play with "yay-ing" more often. I can see how it would open up more energy, more joy, more flow and more fun in your life.

How is your writing going? Reading your comment reminds me of what a fine and thoughtful writer you are — such a wonderful blend of heart and humor.

Warmly,
Shannon
